Agreement Overview
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Netzdo (“Netzdo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the Netzdo website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must have legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you use Netzdo on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Description of Services
Netzdo is a workforce management software platform designed to support staffing agencies, contractors, and project-based teams. Features may include workforce tracking, scheduling, time and attendance, project visibility, reporting, and operational tools.
Netzdo is a technology provider, not a payroll processor, employer, financial institution, or legal advisor. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable labor, tax, payroll, and employment laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using the Services for unlawful purposes
- Accessing or attempting to access data you are not authorized to view
- Reverse engineering or copying the platform
- Introducing malware or disrupting platform security
- Using Netzdo to compete with or replicate the Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
User Data & Responsibilities
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Netzdo (“User Data”). You grant Netzdo a limited license to process and store User Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your data
- Obtaining required permissions and consents
- Proper classification of workers (W-2, 1099, etc.)
- Compliance with all applicable laws and contracts
Privacy
Your use of Netzdo is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, content, trademarks, and technology used by Netzdo are owned by Netzdo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Netzdo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netzdo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netzdo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Services.
Netzdo’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Netzdo in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Termination
You may stop using Netzdo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
You may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
